Campus Linux Services talks about the current state of Realm Linux at NC State University and where we are headed in the future. We also covered some of the latest changes in the RHEL billing process that should make things easier for campus. Chris Cyrus from Red Hat talked about the continued progress in the NCSU and Red Hat relationship and the work he is doing to make things smoother. Campus Linux Services announces the NCSU Open Source Initiative.

UNC Cause 2007: Deploying Red Hat Enterprise Linux talk notes.

A presentation and training event held for interested parties across NC State's campus that showcases the new Realm Linux 5 platform. The presentation highlights the deployment cycle of Realm Linux from provisioning the hardware, system maintenance, to removing the OS instance from the Red Hat Network.
Primarily, the presentation focuses on using the Web-Kickstart system to install Realm Linux and how to take advantage of the virtualization features that come with Realm Linux 5.

This meeting focused on issues deploying Realm Linux AS4/WS4 and will cover some of the lesser known advanced Realm Linux technologies. Topics will include software RAID, LVM, SELinux, Xen, Yum repositories, etc.

This meeting focuses in on what happened during the Red Hat Enterprise Linux license renewal and current limitations of Realm Linux at NC State's campus. Possible solutions were proposed. AS4 and WS4 Kits were released along with other important news about the state of Realm Linux.
