There is also a large amount of software available for use on campus through AFS lockers. This includes course software, older versions of compilers, additional text editing tools, and many other applications.
In order to access AFS software, you must first add the AFS locker to your environment in order to obtain the correct path and other environmental variables. You can also use the add command without any arguments to see a list of software installed in AFS for you to use. Unfortunately, this list is not complete.
