There are several mailing lists that deal with the Realm Linux on campus. The first is <realmlinux-user@lists.ncsu.edu>, which is used mostly for the “howto” type of questions. There are many people subscribed to this list, so any questions posted here will usually get rapid response; please don't be afraid to post questions publically - if you have a question, chances are there are several other people with the same or a similar question.

The second mailing list is <realmlinux-dev@lists.ncsu.edu>. This address is used primarily to discuss Realm Linux development, bug resolution, and back end related changes; queries about Realm Linux bugs can be sent to this address, but should also be copied to <realmlinux-user@lists.ncsu.edu>.

The third mailing list is <realmlinux-announce@lists.ncsu.edu>, which is used only for announcements concerning Realm Linux releases and updates. The traffic on this list is very low, but the information relayed by it is vital if you're administering a Realm Linux system.

Finally we have <realmlinux-service@lists.ncsu.edu>, which is a access controled email list for systems administrators at NCSU. This list is only used for sensitive information that concerns management and the systems administrators at NCSU.
